[SR-Users] Keep requests order

Hello,
if you want that all messages (requests or replies) within same dialog
(sharing the same call-id) are processed in the order of receiving, then
set the global parameter:
route_locks_size = 256
If you have more Kamailio processes, then set the value to be at least
twice the number of processes.
