Maryam,

If you aren't hearing any sounds then there is an issue with RTP.  Did you
turn on the mohqueue debug
<https://www.kamailio.org/docs/modules/stable/modules/mohqueue.html#rpc.debug>
parameter?  If so, the logs should show RTP connectivity messages.
