[SR-Users] Reload geoip2 database without restart

Hi Joel,

according to the docs there is no reload function in geoip and geoip2 module. But it could be probably implemented with some RPC command, as you mentioned as well.

You can certainly document a feature request on the tracker for that, if you like.

Maybe some rpc command or something? I haven't found anything in the docs other than the comment about "Database is loaded at startup in cache." which makes me assume that just overwriting the db file wouldn't be enough.
