1) i have just did the basic mofication in it
 *adding belloin lines in  top of configuration *
#!define WITH_MYSQL
#!define WITH_AUTH
#!define WITH_USRLOCDB
#!define WITH_ACCDB

and mention the Listning POSTs with public ip
listen=udp:Local_IP:5060 advertise Public_IP:5060

**No changes in Routing**
2)NO truble shutting done yet
3)I am using rtpproxy
