Thank you Daniel, I'm currently looking into your suggestion. 
If I insert my public IP under:
#     - start RTPProxy:
#        rtpproxy -l _your_public_ip_ -s udp:localhost:7722
#     - option for NAT SIP OPTIONS keepalives: WITH_NATSIPPING

Must I also modify UDP part below:

modparam("rtpproxy", "rtpproxy_sock", "udp:127.0.0.1:7722")

or can I leave it as is.
I have 1 NIC running private to VSP and 1NIC Public facing...So my mind is telling me to keep it as 127.0.0.1???

You need to use an RTP proxy to achieve this. So yes you need to load extra modules and configure kamailio for this proxying. If you take a look at https://github.com/kamailio/kamailio/blob/master/etc/kamailio.cfg
and search for rtpproxy. The really really short explanation:
you need to call rtpproxy_manage for calls that you want to rewrite rtp for.
