[SR-Users] db_mysql when compiling Kamailio

Hello,

edit the src/modules/db_mysql/Makefile and set the values for:

DEFS += ...

LIBS = ...

to your desired library. DEFS must be an addition (+=), with paths for
include, LIBS is a set (=). Remove the parts that already set them.
