Have a read about 'mhomed' works and see if it might make sense to turn
it off or on:

Otherwise, for experimentation's sake, try mhomed=0 and force the
outgoing listener explicitly:

   $fs = 'tcp:x.x.x.x:5060';

   ...

   t_relay();
