[SR-Users] dialplan module reload fail

Hello,

there was a mistake inside the kamctl giving the wrong rpc command name
for dialplan reload. I just fixed in master, it will be backported.

With unpatched version, you can do the alternative with the direct rpc
command:

kamctl rpc dialplan.reload
