[SR-Users] Siremis and kamailio 5.x.x

Hello,

with other high priority tasks, the release of Siremis slipped aside. If
you use master branch, it should be compatible with kamailio 5.x.x. I am
going to increase the version and eventually try to make a release in
the near future.
