[SR-Users] Kamailio installation

I get the following error when trying to make and save the "modules.lst"

root at debian:/usr/local/src/kamailio-5.1# make include_modules="db_mysql dialplan" cfg
make: *** No rule to make target 'cfg'. Stop.

I got Debian  to install. 

Am trying to setuo Kamailio, Does anyone know how to save the "modules .lst" file. 

Am new to this and trying to learn as quick as possible. any help would be greatly appreciated.

What did you do so far?
 
https://www.kamailio.org/wiki/packages/debs still applies to 9.4.

So get the public key for the repo:
wget -O- http://deb.kamailio.org/kamailiodebkey.gpg | sudo apt-key add -
Add: 
deb     http://deb.kamailio.org/kamailio51 stretch main
to the sources.list
And install it:
apt-get install kamailio
