To know whether you really what Kamailio. If you still think you do, this
will install it on debian:

apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 0xfb40d3e6508ea4c8

echo "deb http://deb.kamailio.org/kamailio50 jessie  main" >>
/etc/apt/sources.list

echo "deb-src http://deb.kamailio.org/kamailio50 jessie  main" >>
/etc/apt/sources.list

apt-get update && apt-get -y install vim-nox build-essential
kamailio-tls-modules kamailio kamailio-mysql-modules mysql-server
kamailio-utils-modules kamailio-websocket-modules kamailio-xml-modules
kamailio-xmpp-modules kamailio-lua-modules kamailio-extra-modules automake
autoconf libpcap-dev libncurses-dev

You SHOULD  look into freeSWITCH as well:

https://www.freeswitchservice.com/solutions/freeswitchsbc

And to install it:
https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/Debian+8+Jessie

Be aware freeSWITCH doesn't install easily on Debian 9.
