[SR-Users] No Video between WebRTC Client and Softphone when using Kamailio...works without Kamailio

Hi Pan,

I will type something up.  It may take me a bit to explain it correctly, but I will definitely send you something.  Although I now have a problem with outbound calls hanging up, I at least get two-way Audio and Video.  I think the problem is just moving around.
