[SR-Users] Kamailio as a P-CSCF user

If you want the kamailio works just as P-CSCF, you should add and
install these modules in kamailio:
ims_dialog module,
ims_usrloc_pcscf module,
ims_registrar_pcscf module

If you want use RX interface (between PCSCF and PCRF), These modules is needed:
cdp, cdp_avp, ims_qos
