[SR-Users] ASN.1 HI2- IRI-Parameters

Any idea in this regards?
I understood it's structure of HI2Operations as ASN.1 IRI-HI2, I attached it.
I think i should convert SIP signalling flow to this structure for transmission.
Is it right way that i am doing?
