[SR-Users] TCP core parameters and TLS

Hi,

Is it reasonable to assume that the various tcp_* core parameters
(keepalive behaviour, connection limits, buffer sizes, etc.) also
regulate the behaviour of TLS connections, since TLS is encapsulated in
TCP?
