[SR-Users] question on TM transaction matching

Hello,

do you have a pcap with all messages for such call (invite, replies,
cancel)? It is important to see if the transaction matching elements are
properly set.

In general, the rule for cancel is to be sent in the same way (with the
same elements) as the invite, because cancel is not a standalone
transaction, it must match the associated invite one.
