[SR-Users] why do I need rtpproxy

You dont need rtpproxy if you use asterisk in conjunction with kamailio. 
Asterisk will do the job of relaying the media in an out.

Rtpproxy is needed only if you place call and connect them directly 
using  kamailio only.
