Thanks for your answers, I will try again on the lab when it is available
(enable topoh only on the SIP proxy)

The SIP traffic (encrypted unsing TLS) comes from a sip application running
on a smartphone (not represented on the graph) and is sent to the SIP proxy
(left part of the graph), which is a edge proxy.
