[SR-Users] How to disable proxy function of kamailio

Hello,

as an alternative, if you want to serve all domains coming in REGISTER
and other requests, without routing to external SIP services, get rid of
route[SIPOUT] from your config, provided that you started from the
default kamailio.cfg. Also, skip all conditions for 'myself'.
