[SR-Users] Kamailio 4.4.X bug fixes

Hello,

official support for 4.4.x will end slightly after the release of 5.1.0.
The rule is to maintain the last two stable branches. 4.3.x still needs
to get its final release, busy times with Kamailio World delayed it a
bit but should be done in the next few weeks.
