[SR-Users] KEMI Python and msg.call_function()

As a quick hacking session this morning, based on your interest, I just
exported the t_load_contacts()/t_next_contacts() to KEMI interface, so
if you use latest master, then you can use them dirrection without the
call_function() wrapper.
