For the given user, loads the XML cpl file, compiles it into binary format and stores both format into database. 

Name: cpl.load 

Parameters:

·         username : name of the user

·         cpl_filename: file name 

RPC Command format:

kamcmd cpl.load username cpl_filename

In latest kamailio version "cpl.load" command is obsolete. What is the procedure to import CPL into mysql database?
