[SR-Users] placing LCR Parameters in kamailio.cfg

LCR is Working fine, But while calling to the local user in subscriber
database, I am getting an error like "Too many hops"

Whether I need to change something in location module.

Scenario:
=========

if subscriber is from local db the call should not go to lcr gateway,
if subscriber is not in the local db, the call should go to the lcr gateway.
