[SR-Users] kamcmd uac commands not working

Hello,

for remote registrations, you need to set the database url:

https://www.kamailio.org/docs/modules/stable/modules/uac.html#uac.p.reg-db-url-id

The availability of uac.reg_xyz commands should not be tied to a
successful registration, but whether the module is configured to load
uacreg records or not.
