Scenario:

I am having an user name 777, 777 having the credit of 10$
I mentioned the below details as well:
$var(credit) = "10$"
$var(cost_per_sec) = "1"; # 1$ per sec
$var(i_pulse) = "1"; # 1$ to establish the call
$var(f_pulse) = "1"; # 1$ per second
so the user 777 should make call only for 9 seconds, the call should
disconnect after the 9th second.
Also I need to reduce the credit balance as well.
