Have you checked Asipto's Freeswitch integration tutorial at
https://kb.asipto.com/freeswitch:kamailio-3.3.x-freeswitch-1.2.x-sbc?

But keep in mind that if by "isolated network" you mean private or
otherwise "unrouteable" network, you will need an RTP proxy too, such as
rtpproxy or rtpengine for media traversal... I think there's an option in
the tutorial to enable rtpproxy support...
