[SR-Users] Load balancing traffic with Kamailio

I don't think I received the previous answer and I apologize if I missed it.
But, unfortunately dispatcher isn't going to do it for me, I think I need
to
use some external tool and use my perl application with Kamailio to retrieve
the data I need and route the call accordingly.
