[SR-Users] Resume suspended invite transation after x seconds

Indeed, I understood it is about resuming the invite after a while.

Just as a side note, in case is needed, you can enable execution of an
event_route for replies of requests sent with uac_req_send(), including
in case of transmission timeout.
