Hint: It would be convenient, if everyone just used reply to all.... ;-)

Can you elaborate your question a bit more? Currently, there are two
instances of the dispatcher being used:
1) At the Proxy-CSCF (for the SEMS SBC's, if needed)
2) At the Serving-CSCF's (for the Interconnect, in case the destination is
not found in the ENUM directory)

In any case, you should have an dispatcher.list file in the according
kamailio folders (and the parameter set in the kamailio.cfg to point to
that file - just search for dispatcher.list in the kamailio.cfg).
