Oh, I see.

You might consider stripping[1] the necessary number of characters from 
the user part of the RURI, then.

    $var(prefix_len) = $(var(PrefixMatch){s.len});
    $var(destnumber1) = $(rU{s.strip,$var(prefix_len)});
