[SR-Users] Upgrade 4.0 to 4.3

Ok, perfect. One last question, I have done this in the past but it's been long enough that it slipped my mind. Do I need to remove current files and do make/make install on the new source or what is the proper way to jump versions?

‎Yep. Just be sure to increment to the table version 4.3 expects, which may be a jump of more than 1. Look to Kamailio error log output on startup to guide you.
