[SR-Users] [sr-dev] Freezing the development for next major version 4.4

Hello Luis,

I think I will merge it by the freeze deadline, but traditionally we
(allowed to) merge most of the pull requests made before even after
deadline, as some devs might be unexpected unavailable or short in time
in these days. The main idea is to draw the line at existing code and
pull requests in that moment, the reason I said "try to push the commits
or make pull requests by that date".
