[SR-Users] Kamailio presence

As a followup to my earlier message, I have also found that the pua 
table in my database is empty. Since I have pua activated and db_mode 
set to 2 (see config file below), I don't understand why I am not 
getting any entries in the pua table. And I wonder if this is related to 
the lack of notify's that I am seeing. Anybody?
