yes, it should point to latest stable which is 4.4 -- hopefuly Victor
(cc-ed) can fix that soon.

Meanwhile, one can use the repo at:

http://deb.kamailio.org/kamailio44/

As for Ubuntu version, iirc, only LTS versions get a repo. If anyone has
resources to build for other Ubuntu versions, is more than welcome to
join, we can provide space for mirroring the repo.
