[SR-Users] Kamailio systemd scripts

Hello,

anyone here familiar with systemd that can provide the scripts for kamailio?

Systemd is default now on last debian, so would be good to have them as
well as I want to close the issue 294:

  - https://github.com/kamailio/kamailio/issues/294

Any help will be appreciated. Follow up on this list or on the github
issue tracker.
