[SR-Users] [CFP] FOSDEM 2016, RTC devroom, speakers, volunteers neeeded

Hi Daniel,
thanks for the efforts to put all these together.
Like in the past years, I plan to be there and I will try to help as
much as possible on site. We will submit some proposals related to
Kamailio, of course. Meanwhile, I could help with
administration/organization of the dev room if you get short in
resources (e.g., reviewing proposals).
Given that this is going to be all-RTC (e.g., sip, xmpp, etc), not sure
if we will find a place to fit all communities for a dinner event. Maybe
we can try to focus first on organizing an event per project, then see
if worth trying to join couple of these events based on the number of
interested people. One aspect based on the last years, people (typically
non-speakers) announce their participation to the dinner the weeks
before the event, as they know for sure they are going to fosdem.
I will also push details presented here to couple of sites/blogs around
in order to spread the word.
