[SR-Users] issues with RTP on different hosts & dispatcher mod

Hello,

the rtpproxy_sock is a parameter of rtpproxy module, not nathelper. It
used to be there, but very many versions ago.

For rtp issues, look at sdp and see if the rtpproxy is engaged properly
for both caller and callee.
