Not here, neither in the default reply route, nor in others:
I tested
log_prefix="$si:$sp:$proto $rm $mt $fU->$tU: "
and

Also logmessages in failure-route are not prefixed with log_message.
shall I file a bug report? I am suing 4.2.2.
