You'll need uac_replace_from/uac_replace_to from the uac module (and simple 
change $rU from alex to 12345):

You might also want to take a look at the Topology Hider module:

(you still need uac_replace_from/uac_replace_to to manupulate the To/From 
headers and possibly more)
