Any ‎IVR application server can be used with Kamailio as long as it uses SIP as a signalling technology, since Kamailio is a SIP proxy.

‎As for "how", you're asking the question backwards: why do you want to use an IVR engine with Kamailio? How would ‎using Kamailio aid the delivery of an IVR service?
