[SR-Users] DIAMETER based on TCP requires a FIXED I/S-CSCFSOURCE PORT in order to make Cx work towards a External HSS

Hi Jan,

This is not supported but I have a question, what happens if you want to
connect to multiple HSSs? Say for load balancing or failover (assuming no
DRA)? Fixing the source port seems pretty restrictive to me ;)
