Kamailio can not participate in a dialog between two UAs like that. The CSEQ would be out of sync
and it would disrupt further messaging in the dialog.

You need a back2back user agent like Asterisk or FreeSwitch to do that. There are patches
for Asterisk that implements PRACK (which I've coded).
