It was part of the proposal for moving to github with git repo. Only pro
opinions, given the integration of a review board and links to source
code repo.

Flyspray was on the plan to replace for quite some time, given its
pretty much no-development state -- there were several discussions in
the past, iirc, even some manual patching for newer php versions.
