[SR-Users] One Way RTP from destination SIP server using rtpengine

I guess I should also note that I do have freeswitch on the machine and the
contexts are there.  It seems to work fine in echotest and conference
modes.  But I do have to caveat that I have not tried it recently with some
recent config changes to handle the RTP/SAVPF to RTP/AVP rewriting - so
that I cannot be sure of.
