[SR-Users] SIP Trunking Kamailio directly to external SIP Trunk Provider

Hello,

do you need some LCR or just forwarding INVITEs to provider? If the
second, the default kamailio.cfg has some basic PSTN forwarding logic --
look for PSTN in the file.
