[SR-Users] UAC dynamic reg_contact_addr()

do I need to recompile kamailio with

make EXTRA_DEFS="-DWITH_EVENT_LOCAL_REQUEST" cfg

?
 Because at my installation adding  event_route[tm:local-request]
fives me syntax error.
