[SR-Users] Question about how location server_id is supposed to be used.

It can be a number:

http://www.kamailio.org/wiki/cookbooks/4.3.x/core#server_id

The use of server_id in location was added recently, for 4.3 series.

It is used for some other things as well, like generating some internal
unique ids...
