[SR-Users] Error configuring kamailio with sql.

The tutorial can be for a rather old version, which had different
functions in the nathelper/rtpproxy module.

Some hints to get it going:
- load rtpproxy module if not loaded and set the appropriate parameters
- replace the functions related to force/unforce rtp proxy with
rtpproxy_manage() -- you can look at default kamailio.cfg for latest
stable version to see an example

It doesn't look like much spare time in the near future, but I will try
to upgrade that tutorial to latest kamailio version.
