[SR-Users] Kamailio V 2.4.2 Dialog_ng crash and IMS_USRLOC_SCSCF doc

Not using dialog_ng, but I think it was in early phase during the
version series 4.0.x (which is no longer officially maintained). Can you
try with 4.2.x?
