[SR-Users] Planning to release Kamailio v4.2.4

Hello,

short reminder that v4.2.4 is planned for release later today. If there
anything to commit in branch 4.2, do it before 12:00GMT. Afterwards, if
there is something important, write first to sr-dev. Once the
announcement is sent, then commits can go as usual.
